JCT Contracts: Every project is protected under a Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) contract—the industry standard for legal security and consumer protection.
Work in Arrears: We don’t believe in risk for our clients. You only pay for work that has been completed to our high standards.
No Deposits: We do not require down payments to break ground. Our confidence in our delivery means you stay in control of your capital.
Fixed Quotes, Not "Guesstimates"
Quotations are fixed price. Estimates are a guess.
We provide fixed-price quotations. We utilize a standardized price book, updated quarterly, to ensure our figures are accurate and market-reflective. This provides you with the reassurance that your financial commitment is secured for the duration of the project—no hidden fees, no “low-ball” tactics, and no nasty surprises.
The Price You See is the Price You Pay: Our quotes are based on finalized, agreed-upon floorplans.
Managing Change: While our quotes are fixed, we always advise clients to maintain a contingency fund. This allows you the freedom to make elective changes or deviations from the original plan as you see your home come to life.
Transparent Adjustments: Any additions or subtractions to the scope of work are calculated using our transparent pricing model, ensuring fairness for both parties.

Our method is transparent for yourself and us. We both need to be on the same page about the work at hand and how much its going to cost.
That is why we use a standardised price book that is updated quarterly to provide costs for work to be added or decreased to your overall scope of work.
